Ipaja Community Link is a small community development project in Lagos that is supported by Development Impact For Nigeria, a UK based, Nigerian led development organisation.
I had met the co-ordinator, Yomi Oloko, at Africa Diaspora and Development Day in July 2007 and visited ICL for the first time during a trip to Lagos in August 2008.
After spending some time with the staff of ICL, I asked if they would be willing to be interviewed and filmed talking about ICL and the work that they do. They agreed and this is what they told me:
